Dinner Audio is a product brand operated by Haven Now, LLC. These terms apply to Dinner Audio software purchased through our website.
What you are buying
A purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Dinner Audio plugin or plugins named in that purchase on computers they own or control. The license is perpetual for version 1.x and includes 1.x maintenance and compatibility updates. It is not a subscription.
What you may do
You may use the plugins in personal and commercial music or audio productions. You keep all rights to the recordings and projects you create with them.
What you may not do
You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, reverse engineer, or circumvent the software or license file except where applicable law expressly permits it. A license may not be made available to multiple people or as part of a shared public system.
Trial and demo
The trial provides the installed plugins with uninterrupted audio for 14 days from first plugin use. Afterward, unlicensed plugins enter demo mode and insert 1.5 seconds of silence every 20 seconds. Purchased plugins remain unrestricted.
Availability and compatibility
The current release supports macOS on Apple Silicon and Intel in Audio Unit, VST3 and AAX formats. Windows support is planned and is not included. You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your computer and host software using the trial before purchase.
Refunds and responsibility
Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service. Transaction terms are shown at checkout, and customers may request a refund through Link support or contact Dinner Audio for product help. Stripe may issue refunds under its Managed Payments policies. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the software is provided without promises beyond those stated here, and Dinner is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
