The plugins are offline

Dinner Audio plugins do not send audio, presets, device identifiers, usage analytics, or license checks over the internet. Audio processing and license verification happen locally on your computer.

Purchases and fulfillment

Our payment provider processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy policy. Dinner receives the customer and order details needed to issue a license, deliver downloads, prevent duplicate fulfillment, provide support, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Website and support

We count public page views and Mac installer download starts to understand how people find and try Dinner. These metrics store only the page or installer filename, event time and a random event identifier for duplicate prevention—not visitor identities, IP addresses, email addresses, audio, or URL query strings. We do not use analytics cookies. Reports cover the latest 90 days; older events are automatically removed when new activity is recorded. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Download starts do not tell us whether you completed an installation.

Our hosting providers may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps for delivery and security. If you contact support, we retain your message and related order information long enough to resolve the request and maintain an accurate support history.

Optional email updates

If you sign up, we store your email address, selected email preferences, signup and confirmation dates, and consent record in a separate Google Cloud database. We send a confirmation email before adding you to the active list. Plugin updates and fixes are the default subscription; new releases and occasional offers require the separate optional selection.

Signing up is never required to download, try, or buy Dinner. Every mailing includes an unsubscribe link. We retain an unsubscribe record to prevent further mailings; contact support if you want your signup record deleted. Short-lived, hashed request identifiers help limit signup abuse and are automatically removed after expiration. Pending signups that are not confirmed are removed after 30 days.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Some order records may need to be kept for tax, fraud prevention, or other legal requirements.
